On Wednesday 19 February, the firm took part in the Art Law Practitioner Series Talk organized by Mishcon de Reya LLP.

During this intervention, Pierre Hutt and Marie Alland had the pleasure of discussing with lawyers from Mishcon de Reya LLP the possible structuration and specificities of artist committees in France, as well as relevant case law on their liability.
